Broken x86 plugins in B4/RC1?
Running an x86 install, some of the plugins appear not to work. Originally, using Beta 3 the Transmission plugin worked as in it would show up with configurable options in the FreeNAS sidebar. However, as of B4 and RC1, the x86 edition of the plugin appears to be broken. It is installable, but will not start and will not show in the FreeNAS sidebar. The x86 version of the Firefly plugin works correctly, however.
I have read in other forum threads and online that apparently there is a problem with the x86 build process for the plugins and that they are actually x64 by mistake. Can anyone offer some more information on this?
Edit: Got home from a night out and checked FreeNAS only to see that Transmission had finally done something and appeared with editable settings in the side menu-bar where you'd expect to configure the plugin. It appears to have taken an exceptional amount of time, that's all. So the RC1 x86 might not be broken. I'll have to test the setup in the morning.
