Hello everyone,
I have been running a FreeNAS system since FreeNAS 9 and I am used to issue smart checks and commands using the bitvise application. I have since updated to FreeNas 11 but sometime after an update on the FreeNas 11 train bitvise started to give me these kinds of errors which sometimes happen and sometimes dont and I can login normally. Other times it disconnects as soon as I open a new terminal console and other times as soon as I enter a command to the console

Code:
01:08:35.106 Current date: 2018-08-21
01:08:35.106 Bitvise SSH Client 7.45, a fully featured SSH client for Windows.

01:08:35.106 Visit www.bitvise.com for latest information about our SSH software.
01:08:35.106 Run 'BvSsh -help' to learn about supported command-line parameters.
01:08:35.106 Cryptographic provider: Windows CNG (x86) with additions
01:08:35.381 Loading default profile.
01:08:39.698 Started a new SSH2 session.

01:08:39.707 Connection established.
01:08:39.716 Server version: SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_7.5-hpn14v5
01:08:39.720 First key exchange started. Cryptographic provider: Windows CNG (x86) with additions
01:08:39.897 Received host key from the server. Algorithm: RSA, size: 2048 bits, MD5 fingerprint: 0f:00:9b:5a:88:6d:ff:f7:43:ce:65:a8:b9:4c:4e:50, Bubble-Babble: xizic-gusur-hazih-fufes-huzyk-dataz-tygov-zizyh-dylez-punuk-laxyx, SHA-256 fingerprint: ohBz23tKmM+mDi25F2QlmkMTlsrjuAJzyqQ0RVppSMY.
01:08:40.052 First key exchange completed using diffie-hellman-group16-sha512 (group 16, 4096-bit). Session encryption and integrity: aes256-gcm, compression: none.
01:08:40.059 The SSH2 session has terminated with error. Reason: Error class: LocalSshDisconn, code: MacError, message: FlowSshPacketDecoder: received packet integrity check failed.

Can anyone help me?

Fascinating. "Sometimes happens, and sometimes don't". That's very, very, very strange sir.

I use bitvise myself. I do not have any trouble.

Please confirm, on the SAME CLIENT, and the SAME SERVER, you sometimes get this integrity error, and you sometimes DO NOT?

Correct, same bitvise client, same freenas server, sometimes I get this and sometimes I don't but it happens so frequently it is unusable. I have also tried multiple bitvise versions and there's no difference

OK, under the "SSH" tab, did you change anything under the "data integrity" or "encryption" choices?

Sorry, no. As I said, I have been using Bitvise religiously for years with FreeNAS and the built-in services, and I've not experienced it.
