According to the Manual when the light ERREUR CATT is on, it's indicates that the system has experienced a fatal or catastrophic error and cannot continue to operate

The initialization process is blocked.

Did i make a mistake in my assembly ?
Did my motherborad is died ?
Is it the fault of my processor ?

Thanks

First thing I would try is to minimize what components you have connected. Unplug all of your storage devices, USB drives etc. The only thing that should be plugged in is the motherboard power, monitor, RAM, CPU. Try to see if it will start with just the minimum. If it does not then you need to start troubleshooting pieces like the RAM or CPU which may be difficult if you don't have any spares. Also you can try swapping the RAM into the other slot. Some boards want to have a specific slot occupied and if you don't have ram in it then you will have a no boot scenario.

when the light ERREUR CATT is on

Sorry to hear that your are experiencing these problems.

My first guess: try to look that there is no shortage between the mainboard and the chassis! Second guess while looking at your photos: did you connect the EATX12V1? (please see page page 2-33 in the Asus manual). If this is all ok in most cases if this led shows up it's a problem with your PSU! Maybe you got another one laying around so change it and try it out.

Good luck! :)

Yep my first steps would be exactly what trollception said... cut back to the minimum and go from there.

Think you may have the wrong ram the wording on Asus site is not very good do they mean bufferd ECC? I am confused looking at the spec sheet
Worded Like: DDR4 2400 /2133 UDIMM non ECC and with ECC Asus MB spec sheet . At 1st I would think UDIMM ECC would be fine but would that not be worded like UDIMM ECC And Non RDIMM, or Buffered.

E3 Xeons do not support RDIMMS, only UDIMMS, so the motherboard for sure needs UDIMMS.

Hey there
i have news, and they are good.

After lot of loooonggg talks with ASUS' SAV ( they are incompetent),i bought 64GB 4x16GB CRUCIAL CT16G4WFD824A 16GB EUDIMM ECC DDR4 100% working PC4 2400T on ebay.

So, i confirm the problem was the RAM module. I don't know if it's compability problem or bad RAM problem but it was that. Now everything works fine. I'm happy and it's because of all of you. Thanks for your reply.

This is the end of a long story, now it's the begin of antoher one.

Thanks again.
