Adobe Premiere Issues

I am having an issue that keeps occurring. I am running FreeNAS-11.3-U3.2 and sharing a dataset over AFP. I have 6 marketing employees that start projects and store all their projects in this share. In the past couple of days, Adobe keeps coming back and saying "you do not have permission to save here" but I can go to finder to the exact location I am trying to save with in Premiere and test my permissions and I CAN write there.

I have a different WD MyCloud that we used previously that still is sharing a dataset, we tested trying to create projects and it worked perfectly in there.

Even opening existing projects in my FreeNAS share, it says I don't have scratch disk permissions and need to move the scratch disks to my local documents folder to open them. I have tried going through the GUI and setting permissions recursively to see if it would fix it, and it seemed to have worked, but then broke again in about an hour. Is there a way I can see the permissions through the shell?

Anyone else having these issues?
