a Simple question regarding NFS

I have some issue with NFS

I can make it work - while I'm adding static IP to NIC and bind the NFS to this IP

I cannot make it work while NFS Server using DHCP ?
is this correct ? I cannot see the actual difference, but only make it work while using the DHCP assignet IP
