Vnet Jail And Site-To-Site Strong Swapn VPN over IPSec

I have a Site-To-Site IPSec VPN setup and I am remote from the FreeNAS server. The VPN is using Strong Swan between two UBNT routers. The FreeNAS server is accessible through the web interface but jails that are using Vnet are not accessible. Anyone have any idea of where to start? If I open a ssh proxy to the FreeNAS server it loads right up.
