Can't get this to work - Sharing various user permissions

Not sure if I'm doing this correctly or if it's possible.

I have a group set and users who are associated to the group.
There is a SMB shared directory (/mnt/NAS1)

I want to create a new user -> USER3 however I don't want this user to access the folders in /NAS1 and instead have their own folder where they cannot see the other shared folders.

At the same time however, I'd like USER1 and USER2 who have persmission to view /NAS1 folders to also be able to access USER3 folder.

What am I doing wrong and how should I be setting this up?

Which version of FreeNAS?

Have you watched the SMB permissions video from Resources?
