FreeNAS and UPC port forwarding

Hey, i have UPC "Compactal" router and i don't know how to access this server out of house. I don't know how to forward ports

That's really going to be a matter that should be addressed in the documentation of your router. However, you should pretty much never forward ports to your FreeNAS installation; it isn't designed to be exposed to the Internet.
