About a month ago I had a drive (ada1) start to report errors. I replaced the drive and have had no new alerts since then but I still have a blinking red "critical" alert warning in the GUI. I opened the alert box and unchecked the old alerts but one will not uncheck and the "critical" warning is still active.
How can I get that cleared? Thanks, all.

To clarify, you're running 11.1-U7 (as indicated in your signature)?

Moot point now. MoBo not POSTing so of course OS never loads.
Aarrrgh!
I suppose I need to open a new topic...
I have 5 good 3TB drives that were in a working array until MoBo failed.
The OS on the flash drive boots in another PC.
QUESTION: Can I move the 5 drives (and the flash boot drive) to another PC?
How will the OS know which drives are supposed to be ada0, ada1, etc?
All this the day after my well pump and relay fried!
What do I work on 1st? Getting water again or my data? :O

Server is back up, shares are back online. (I reseated RAM and cables, etc...)
My question above about moving the OS SSD and the 5 data drives to another PC stands...
Are the ada[X] designations dictated by the MoBo or will the OS find the disks if they are moved to another PC (or even if the cables were to be swapped around by accident)?
Thanks.
And, yes, 11.1-U7 !

Yes

The Drive has an identifier written to it and FreeNAS can scan drives and see they are part of a pool. the drive assignment da1 da2 etc can change and it doesn't matter
