Moving right along with our Developer’s Corner, I had the wonderful opportunity to interview James T. Nixon III, iXsystems’ Webmaster.

It’s been a while since our last Developer’s Corner. The office is still busy as the year winds down. We recently acquired a few additions to the iXsystems developer team, including Alfred Perlstein, a dedicated FreeBSD committer since 1999.

Next up in Developer’s Corner, I had the pleasure of corresponding with Dru Lavigne, the Community Manager and Technical Writer here at iXsystems.

Recently, I had the opportunity to chat with Peter Allen, our Senior Storage Engineer. There’s plenty to talk about regarding his background and what he sees in store for TrueNAS™, iXsystems’ leading storage appliance based on FreeNAS.
