iXsystems servers, desktops, and laptops all come standard with amazing hardware support and warranty options. Our hardware replacement program allows customers to request new server hardware and before they've even returned the old hardware. With iXsystems hardware support, you can rest assured knowing that open source professionals will be putting their expertise to work for your servers. With our limited warranty, os installs, configurations, and technical support for tested and installed operating systems are offered for 30 days. Hardware is also covered for a lifespan of 3 years with the same limited warranty coverage. Warranties may also be upgraded for more extensive and longer coverage of your servers.
